Maui Vista 1401 is the premiere location in the complex; building 1, top floor, corner unit. It just doesn't get any better! The space sleeps 7 and has beautiful tile and wood floors, in unit washer/dryer, air-conditioning and a on-demand hot water heater. Being a corner end unit, it also features additional side windows to enjoy the trade winds. The property has under gone many recent improvements and is a favorite resort destination.

What is the cancellation policy?
Guest receives 100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 28 days before arrival; No refunds will be issued after this timeframe. All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Yes. There is a refundable $250 security deposit that will be released pending no damage to the property.
